How to Rebirth in Inside Brainrot Heads

Rebirth is the prestige button in Inside Brainrot Heads. You meet a Money gate and a Brainrot gate, you confirm, and the game consumes the listed units plus the cash. In return you get a permanent Money multiplier, often a cash burst, and Tool Shop unlocks that make the next Coil legal. Players delay this because a dressed Base feels like progress. The multiplier is the progress.

What Rebirth asks for

Each tier lists two prices: a Money number and a count or set of Brainrots. Those Brainrots are eaten. If the prompt names a specific rarity, do not spend your only copy of a Tokens Machine exclusive unless you can buy it again. The rebirth planner is a checklist so you do not sacrifice a shop unit you still need for income.

Robux can skip a Rebirth. That skip exists. It is not required. This page assumes you play the free path.

What resets and what stays

Expect the cash pile and the consumed Brainrots to vanish. Expect multipliers and newly unlocked Tool Shop rows to stay. Codes you already redeemed stay redeemed. Group Rare status stays. Your Roblox account is not wiped. If a patch changes the exact keep-list, trust the in-game confirm text over a month-old video.

The Guard does not get weaker. You get faster income so Coils arrive sooner, which is how later Heads become legal. Rebirth is not a nerf to the chase. It is a buff to the shop.

When to press the button

Press it when all of these are true:

1. You can buy the required Brainrots again, or you do not care about the copies you will lose.
2. You already own the Coil that makes your current Head comfortable. Do not Rebirth into a slower you.
3. The Money gate is a few steals away, not a weekend away. Hovering at 90% for days is hoarding.
4. You have redeemed the live codes so the next Base is not Token-starved.

Do not wait for a “perfect” Paradox unit unless the Rebirth prompt literally requires it. Most early tiers want volume, not a 27 million Token name.

After you Rebirth

1. Buy the newly unlocked Coil or tool if the shop just opened a row.
2. Spend leftover Tokens on the early shop to refill pads.
3. Run the starter Head again even if you already “beat” it. Your hands need the new speed, not a victory lap on a Head that now outruns you because you sold your earners.
4. Mark the next gate on the planner. Chain Rebirths beat one giant save.

How Rebirth ties to steals

If you cannot finish escapes, Rebirth will not fix your camera. It will only refill the Base faster after you learn the line. If you can finish escapes but Money crawls, Rebirth is the missing link. If Money is fine but rares never appear, you need luckier Heads and the rares guide, not a twelfth delay.

Common mistakes

• Eating a unique shop unit. Check the Tokens Machine price before you confirm. Tokens Machine lists the current ladder.
• Rebirthing with an empty Coil slot. You will hate the first post-prestige Head.
• Skipping the confirm text. If a new tier also eats Coils, that text will say so.
• Buying a Robux skip to “save time” on a gate you are 10% from. Walk two more Heads.
